Corpay is currently looking to hire a Compensation Analyst within our Corporate Payments division. This position falls under our Compensation team and reports to the Manager, Variable Sales Compensation. This is an exciting and critical role in the organization as this team manages variable compensation for 400+ employees, involving various levels of corporate strategies with the power of real-time compensation analytics, business intelligence tools, and inhouse platforms. The Compensation Analyst works closely with business leaders and the Compensation Manager to administer sales variable compensation calculations, modeling ROI analysis, reporting deliverables including preparing management reports, presentations, and documenting business processes.

The Compensation Analyst works closely with business leaders and the Compensation Manager to administer sales variable compensation calculations, modeling ROI analysis, reporting deliverables including preparing management reports, presentations, and documenting business processes.
How We Work
As a Compensation Analyst you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in Toronto (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Company-issued equipment
- Hands-on training
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Running monthly sales commission processes for various roles across different geographies
- Calculating monthly, quarterly, and annual incentive payouts for sales and leadership roles with accuracy and timeliness
- Building and modeling pay-for-performance sales commission and incentive plans for roles ranging from inside sales to senior sales management
- Maintaining compensation structures on required systems based on Commission Plans
- Analyzing, reconciling and auditing commission and incentive calculations to ensure compliance with approved plans and policies
- Administering and tracking individual performance under sales incentive programs and measure against established KPIs
- Engaging with business leaders on sales ROI and promote new incentives to support organization growth
- Evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of sales programs
- Responding to inquiries regarding compensation payout, policies, and procedures
- Identifying and recommending process improvements with a focus on increased efficiencies and enhanced analytics
- Maintaining comprehensive documentation of all compensation-related processes, systems, and procedures
- Supporting special compensation and partnership revenue share projects to improve internal business processes
- 3-4 years of experience in sales compensation and data analytics
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Compensation modeling and incentive plan administration experience
- Data analysis, reconciliation, and data mapping skills
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft SQL and VBA/Macros
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize work with a focus on deadlines and deliverables
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with business and technical stakeholders
